DIBCamp 1st Meet-up Session with the volunteers was held at Darul Makmur last Saturday, 19th April 2008 at 2pm. The session which lasted til 6pm was to briefly introduce volunteers to DIBCamp, its vision and mission, people behind the scene and also the theory part of DIBCamp activities that is going to be conducted.
Despite the not-full turn-ups of volunteers for the session, it doesn't affect our DIBCamp spirit at all to continue for the days agenda. After games of Ice-breaking, merely "Chop Chilli Chop" and "Behind the curtain", activities theory by Bro Adi, DIBCamp video by Sis Aisyah, DIBCamp Introductory by Sis Aini, Mentors expected proper behaviour by Sis Rufi and "Live" First-Aid demo by Bro Faizul and Bro Fadzli, it somehow brought back the spirit of not-giving-up but to strive til the end for DIBCamp.
Nonetheless, we ended the day by having a BBQ at Darul Makmur's rooftop. Food galore and great team bonding session were build.
